We are waiting for the Launch of the Yeti here in India. The net screams of the Jan Auto Expo release, but the offical press is not speaking anything on the dates.

Does anybody know on the launch dates in India!

A Skoda dealer told me they expect the Yeti to go on sale from "May 2010".

That said, its best to wait till the Auto Expo in jan and see what skoda says officially.

A rough price indicator is Rs. 16 lacs.

Calculated from a post by another gent in this forum- saying that the brochure price for the Yeti 1.8 TDI 4 x 4 in the UK is:-
SE trim £18,860 & Elegance trim £20,810. Take the latter figure and convert to Rs:
20,000 pounds x 80 Rs/pound = Rs 16 lacs.

As I said....this is a very rough indicator.
